The world has become a scary place right now because of Trump. I have never seen a man lie so much in my life. We live close to the American border and have always had a great relationship with American's either them coming here or us going down to the US. Right now no one from here is going down to the US because of how scary things are there right now.
When you make your allies enemies and call out a war time leader and out right lie about who is the aggressor in the war in the Ukraine all hope for the US being an ally goes. That is just the tip of the iceberg. I could go on about all the things that are scary going on in the US but what is the point. If this is what the US people want then they are no longer allies but if this isn't what they want they need to band together and get rid of Traitor Trump. His support of the dictator Putin makes it clear where the US stands now and unfortunately it's not democracy.
Fortunately for Canada we have allies still and can find new trade partners. We can and did implement tariffs on American goods coming into Canada so the US can't dump on us. What this really means for the average American and Canadian is the cost of everything will go up once again thanks to Trump. He was never going to bring the cost of groceries down by putting tariffs on Mexico and Canada.
If he thinks he can cripple the Canadian economy so he can then come in and take over well he has another thing coming. What he doesn't know about Canadians is the one thing we pride about ourselves the most is we are not Americans. People internationally like Canadians and dislike American's. Now of course I don't mean all people I just mean there is a trend of this. Like if you are backpacking through Europe and put a Canadian flag on your backpack vs an American flag you will get less hate. This is what my travel friends have told me.
Traitor Trump is going to destroy the USA and Putin is sitting back laughing as he cripples the economy. I know the majority of the American people did not vote for Trump and are hating him just as much or more right now but if they want to live in a democracy they need to stand up and kick this buffoon out of office before he actually starts a war. I have never been so scared that a war of some kind is coming and the US will be the aggressor.
The only thing I can do is to RESIST and make my voice heard through whatever means I can. RESIST with me and post your thoughts.
